Terms and Conditions

1. Guests will be charged per night. Check-in time is 12:01 a.m. on the day of arrival and the check-out time is 11:59 p.m. on the day of departure.
2. Bills must be settled by cash or online payment, personal cheques are not accepted. Payment should be completed before you stay, If you book luxury apartments, You need to pay two month’s payment in advance 
3. The guests shall be liable to pay for any loss or damage to any of furniture, fixtures, fittings, appliances, crockery and cutlery. In case of any loss or damage the guest shall have to compensate for the same in cash prior to check out.
4. Inviting strangers into the guest rooms, to use the facilities and or amenities is prohibited. For security reason, joiner must register at reception before entering the room.
5. No guest is allowed to give up his or her room to be used by third parties even if the room has been duly paid for.
6. It is mandatory for all guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Note that PAN card is not acceptable. Without an original copy of a valid ID, you will not be allowed to check-in.
7. Guests are encouraged to be personally present in the unit during the visit of our housekeeping team for the servicing of the unit.
8. The management is not responsible for any accident or injury to any guest during the stay on the premises.
9. Rights of admission to the property are reserved. The management is at liberty to ask a guest to leave if  the house rules are not being followed by the guest.
10. Smoking is strictly not allowed in the Bed Rooms. The premises shall not be used for any illegal or immoral activity. Possession and consumption of drugs is not allowed. Bringing illegal items, exotic plants or animals is prohibited, Pets may not be brought into the Flats. Gambling or any other behaviour that is against public morals in the hallways or guest rooms is prohibited, your activities do not disturb the surroundings
